• Job security- Create new recruitment practices and expertise infrastructure (skilled labor) jobs to produce better wages and benefits
• Tax incentives to local small businesses that are already invested in the communities, as well as support for appropriate spending of public funds in a lawful way with proper accountability
• Support extended Public Transportation infrastructure to connect residents to resources, jobs, and opportunities

· Improve the transportation system to properly connect people to jobs and provide more transit, pedestrian and bicycle facilities

· Improve environmental conditions - in particular, water quality and street maintenance and preservation of  tree canopies

HOUSING

TRULY Affordable Housing for all- Supporting more single family homeownership programs for sustainability

• Support more Housing Funding and equal access for all. It's a right!
• Re-evaluate current community programs, and provide adequate housing to citizens and tackle discriminatory practices. 
• Assess property values- give knowledge and resources quarterly by way of resource fairs, town halls and workshops to help with access to fund community priorities. Improve communication and transparency city-wide with the At -Large and  District Representatives.

SAFETY

 ·Support city and contracted workers fully when it comes down to crime or violence and fair wages

· Support true community engagement,  code, and fire programs that keeps the neighborhoods safe.  Support better wages and extended de-escalation and citizens academy training in law enforcement 

· Consistently provide additional resources to unstable neighborhoods, seniors and children

· Revitalize and improve conditions on public property, that includes parks, greenways, and other areas  for a better quality of life

· Provide an equal level of access to public facilities — such as parks, and street maintenance
